Texas REP Seeks Amendment To Certificate For Change In Ownership
Golden Rule Enterprises, LLC, an Option 2 REP, applied for an amendment to its Texas REP certificate for, "approval of the change in ownership and transfer of REP Certificate from Golden Rule Enterprises, LLC to Pumpjack Power, LLC." Pumpjack Power is currently a trade name used by Golden Rule Enterprises. As part of its REP certificate amendment, Golden Rule Enterprises did not publicly list any change in officers.
