Energy Efficiency Firm Launches New Broker, Hires Retail Energy Vet

Lime Energy Co., which designs and implements direct install energy efficiency programs and provides related energy services, has created a new subsidiary, Lime Energy Resources, LLC, to engage in the brokering of retail energy supply.

Lime Energy Resources, LLC is brokering in New York and Texas, and has filed for electricity broker licenses in New Jersey and Maryland. In Maryland, Lime Energy Resources, LLC applied to serve commercial and industrial customers in all service areas.

Klaudet Ristovski recently joined Lime Energy as Senior Vice President, Strategy. Ristovski previously served as Vice President, Sales and Strategy at Plymouth Rock Energy and previously held the same position at Metromedia Energy.

Alexander Castro, who has served as Executive Vice President at Lime Energy since 2007, previously held positions at Prenova, Hess (in its retail energy business), and KeySpan Energy Solutions as well as KeySpan Energy Delivery

Lloyd Kass serves as VP of Business Development and VP, Green Communities at Lime Energy. Kass has served as Senior Director, Customer Energy Solutions, at the New York Power Authority
