Texas REP Changes Certificated Name

Retail electric provider Wolverine Alternative Investments, LLC has filed for an amendment to its Texas REP certificate to reflect a change in its certificated name. The company amended its registration with the Texas Secretary of State to change its name to STAT Energy, LLC. STAT Energy is currently a trade name on the company's REP certificate, but the company sought to also change its certificated name to STAT Energy, LLC
