Texas Retail Provider Launches New Affinity Product

XOOM Energy Texas, LLC said that it has partnered with the third largest employer in the Coastal Bend (Texas), Driscoll Children’s Hospital, to offer a new plan that allows customers to help the hospital's cause

XOOM Energy is now offering customers at AEP Texas Central a new fixed rate plan called, MiraclePower 24. When customers enroll on this new product, 5% of their XOOM Energy Texas charges will be donated to Driscoll Children’s Hospital each month.

According to an EFL on XOOM's website, the MiraclePower 24 plan at AEP Texas Central is a 24-month fixed rate plan with an average all-in rate, at 1,000 kWh, of 10.8 cents per kWh, which reflects the application of a monthly base charge of $4.99. An early termination fee of $200 applies

XOOM will donate an extra $5 to Driscoll Children's Hospital for enrollments on the plan occurring by October 31st, 2017
