Khipu Capital, LLC intends to sell, market and trade wholesale power, ancillary services, virtual transactions, and related services in the ERCOT portion of the Texas wholesale power market.

Khipu Capital, LLC has no affiliates that buy or sell electricity at wholesale in Texas, sell electricity at retail in Texas, or is an electric or municipally owned utility in Texas. Khipu Capital, LLC does not own or operate any facilities used to provide electric services in Texas.
