Talen Energy Marketing Re-Files Application For Texas Retail Provider Certificate
Talen Energy Marketing, LLC has re-filed an application for an Option 1 Texas retail electric provider certificate. In its application, Talen Energy Marketing did not seek authority to have the option of collecting deposits or advance payments from customers. Talen Energy Marketing had applied for a Texas REP certificate earlier this year, but withdrew its application without prejudice as it required additional time to gather and prepare the required information to complete the application.
