The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio released unredacted auction reports showing the retail suppliers which won the right to serve 100% of Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP) load at the FirstEnergy Ohio EDCs, Duke Energy Ohio, and Dayton Power & Light for the 12-month period beginning June 1, 2018
At the FirstEnergy Ohio EDCs, Constellation NewEnergy, Inc. won the right to serve 100% of PIPP load for the 12-month period beginning June 1, 2018, having submitted the lowest bid price of $50.98/MWh. Two bidders were registered to submit bids in an RFP to award the PIPP load
At Duke Energy Ohio, Constellation NewEnergy, Inc. won the right to serve 100% of PIPP load for the 12-month period beginning June 1, 2018, having submitted the lowest bid price of $51.34/MWh. Two bidders were registered to submit bids in an RFP to award the PIPP load
At Dayton Power & Light, AEP Energy, Inc. won the right to serve 100% of PIPP load for the 12-month period beginning June 1, 2018, having submitted the lowest bid price of $50.47/MWh. Two bidders were registered to submit bids in an RFP to award the PIPP load
As previously reported, AEP Energy, Inc. won the right to serve 100% of PIPP load for the 12-month period beginning June 1, 2018 at AEP Ohio.
