CIMA Energy Solutions, LLC, a 100% subsidiary of CIMA Energy, LP, has recently been formed as CIMA Energy, LP's retail marketing affiliate to directly meet the energy needs of retail consumers in deregulated markets across North America

According to its website, CIMA Energy Solutions is already active in the Florida gas choice market and offers service to transportation-level customers in about half a dozen states in the Midwest and in Texas.

CIMA Energy Solutions has filed for eligibility as an ESCO in New York, and has also posted public notices indicating that it will be filing for a Pennsylvania retail natural gas supplier license to serve customers in all Pennsylvania service areas.
