Texas REPs File To Transfer Trade Names, Brands

VEH LLC applied at the Texas PUC for an amendment to its REP certificate to cease the use of, and relinquish the rights to, the trade names Discount Power, Power Express, and Volterra Energy

VEH LLC will retain its REP certificate, with only its certificated name, VEH LLC, and no trade names, appearing on the certificate after this amendment

Separately, US Retailers LLC (an NRG company) applied at the Texas PUC for an amendment to its REP certificate to add the trade name Discount Power to its REP certificate. US Retailers LLC would maintain on its certificate its existing trade names of Cirro Energy, Pennywise Power, Pennywise, and Compassion Energy
