The Connecticut PURA will hold a technical meeting on January 10, 2019 to discuss Supply Summary Reporting as directed through Order No. 10 in the Decision dated December 19, 2018, in Docket No. 14-07-19RE05
As first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, the December 19 order contained a variety of modified requirements for retail suppliers concerning their obligation to provide net billing cycle rate information and other information on customer bills, and consequences for failure to provide such information (see details here)
Order #10 provides that, on or before January 15, 2019, the EDCs shall meet with the Authority to discuss the Supply Summary Report information as discussed in Section IV.J. of the Order, Supply Summary Report.
Section IV.J sets forth that EDCs must track and report on retail suppliers' various obligations under the Supply Summary information, including reporting on the specific pieces of information provided, or not provided by suppliers
As a result of the new reporting requirements adopted in the December order, PURA denied an earlier motion, as moot, from RESA, who had sought a stay of a prior PURA directive for EDCs to include in the monthly competition reports suppliers' compliance with the prior next cycle rate directives
