The Connecticut PURA granted Collaborative Energy Options, Inc. an electric aggregator certificate
"The Company is granted an Electric Aggregator Certificate of Registration to serve residential and business customers in Connecticut," PURA said in its order granting the license
As previously reported, Collaborative Energy Options, which launched in 2018, had said in its Connecticut application that it would focus on serving non-profit and education organizations, and local governments and municipalities
