In its Illinois application, AEP Energy, Inc. stated, "Applicant is a retail electric and gas supplier in Illinois and other jurisdictions. For purposes of this Petition, AEP Energy intends to provide Energy Brokerage Services for the procuring of energy supply on behalf of commercial and industrial customers."
