Company Led By Texas Retail Market Vets Acquires Retail Supplier

Retail supplier Capital Energy PA LLC is now owned by Sunrise Energy Holdings LLC, according to a filing with the Pennsylvania Department of State.

Capital Energy PA LLC recently filed an amendment to its LLC to reflect that Sunrise Energy Holdings LLC is the sole member of Capital Energy PA LLC

Capital Energy PA LLC filed at the Pennsylvania PUC to update its retail electric supplier license to reflect new officers and to add the trade name "Sunrise Power and Gas", under which the company intends to commence marketing under in the near future

Capital Energy PA LLC's newly listed officers include:

• Neville Ravji -- CEO

• Mohsin Hassan -- COO

• C. Gibson — In-House Counsel & Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs

• Tanveer Sayani — Vice President of Operations

Ravji is a co-founder and CEO of Sunrise Energy Holdings. Hassan serves as Present and COO of Sunrise Energy Holdings

All of the new officers listed above for Capital Energy PA LLC previously served in similar roles at Discount Power (Texas) and/or its holding company Volterra Energy Holdings LLC

Ravji also previously served as CEO of Tara Energy. Hassan previously served as VP, Operations at Tara Energy. Sayani previously held a variety of operations and other roles at several Texas retail electric providers, including Fulcrum Power Services and Summer Energy
