Koch Energy Services said that, "it obtained this certificate to trade in electricity while its affiliate, Odessa-Ector Power Partners, L.P. ('Odessa') owned an approximately one thousand (1,000) megawatt combined cycle, combustion turbine power plant located in Odessa, Texas (the 'Odessa Facility')."
Koch no longer owns the Odessa facility
