The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted National Gas Electric Texas, LLC an Option 1 retail electric provider certificate
As previously reported, W. Keith Maxwell III serves as CEO of National Gas & Electric Texas, LLC
Maxwell currently serves as Spark Energy's Chief Executive Officer. Maxwell also founded Spark Energy, and Spark Energy has noted in SEC filings that, "W. Keith Maxwell, III (our 'Founder') is the owner of a majority of the voting power of our [Spark's] common stock[.]"
