The Massachusetts DPU approved new Standard Complete Billing Percentages (purchase of receivables [POR] discount rates) at Fitchburg Gas and Electric d/b/a Unitil, effective on and after December 1, 2021
The new Unitil Standard Complete Billing Percentages (SCBP) are:
Customer Class SCBP % Residential 5.45% Small/Regular General Service 1.42%
For comparison, the current residential SCBP is 7.90%, and the current Small/Regular General Service SCBP is 0.90%
