Blue Star Energy, LLC filed at the Texas PUC to relinquish its Option 1 Texas retail electric provider certificate
"Blue Star Energy, LLC (Blue Star) has never served customers or commenced retail operations in Texas since becoming certificated as a retail electric provider (REP) in November 2020. Accordingly, Blue Star is relinquishing its REP certificate," the company said in the filing
Blue Star Energy, LLC is ultimately owned by AEP.
