Multiple social media posts suggest that Ambit Energy has ended service to certain existing customers in Alberta, Canada.

Certain of such social media posts suggest a full exit from the Alberta market by Ambit, but EnergyChoiceMatters.com could not verify such information.

While EnergyChoiceMatters.com stresses that the following is not dispositive, the historic pricing information on the website of Alberta's utility consumer advocate does not list any rates for Ambit for the period after May 2022 (it is unclear if these rates reflect rates offered for new enrollments, or historic billed rates).
