New Entity NRG Controllable Load Services Receives Option 1 Texas REP Certificate

The Texas PUC granted NRG Controllable Load Services LLC, a new subsidiary of NRG Energy formed within the past year, an Option 1 Texas retail electric provider (REP) certificate.
Under the certificate, NRG Controllable Load Services received authority to collect customer deposits or residential advance payments
