In Massachusetts, Fitchburg Gas and Electric Light Company d/b/a Unitil has proposed new Standard Complete Billing Percentages (SCBPs, aka POR discount rates) in an annual Purchase of Receivables filing
Unitil's current and proposed Standard Complete Billing Percentages are below:
Current Proposed
Residential 5.45% 1.42%
Small/Regular
General Service 1.42% 0.25%
Unitil's new POR discount rates are proposed to be effective December 1, 2022
