ESCO Withdraws From New York Market

Spark Energy, LLC notified the New York Public Service Commission that Spark is withdrawing from the retail energy market in New York.
"Spark Energy, LLC does not currently have any customers in New York and will not be marketing to customers at any time in the future. Therefore, Spark is withdrawing as an ESCO as of November 28, 2022," Spark said in a filing
Spark Energy provided the following statement concerning the matter: "Spark has not served or added customers in New York for quite some time, however the Major Energy and Verde Energy brands remain active in the state."
