In a separate order, the PUC adopted a settlement which grew from a Staff petition to revoke the REP certificate of Axon Power & Gas, LLC, with the settlement and order providing that Axon Power & Gas shall relinquish its certificate, among other terms. The settlement provides that Axon's corporate officers, Amar Ali, Nur Ali, and Barkat Ali, agree not to have any further participation in, or association with, the ERCOT market, as further described in our story linked below
