The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted Potentia Energy a REP certificate amendment to reflect a change in its certificate name to Verde Energy USA Texas, LLC. Verde Energy confirmed to EnergyChoiceMatters.com that it will be phasing-out use of the Potentia brand, in favor of Verde Energy.
