Star Light and Power LLC filed with the New York PSC an updated RAAF (Retail Access Application Form), "with regards to affiliates of Star Light & Power LLC."
Star Light and Power LLC's RAAF now lists Nova Bright Energy LLC, a retail supplier, as an energy affiliate
Energy Choice Matters had first reported that, as of August 2025, Pius Okobi was the sole owner of Nova Bright Energy LLC. As of August 2025, Okobi also owned in excess of ten percent of the voting securities (and serves as an officer and member) of Star Light and Power LLC
