Proton Energy Files Statement of Intent to Offer Prepaid Service in ERCOT

Proton Energy has filed with the PUCT a statement of intent to provide retail electric service using a customer prepayment device or system.

PUCT Staff, dPi Reach Settlement on Revocation Proceeding

PUCT Staff and dPi Energy have reached an agreed settlement regarding Staff's revocation proceeding, and are in the process of executing a settlement agreement memorializing the terms of their settlement, according to a mediator's report (Docket 37917, 12/15). As soon as all parties have executed the settlement agreement, the parties will file a motion to remand the matter back to the PUCT for final approval.

TXU Energy Adds 300 Payment Centers

TXU Energy has added more than 300 new locations to its existing network of authorized payment locations throughout Texas, including adding Kroger and Super S retail stores as authorized payment centers. TXU's payment locations now total over 3,000.
