The PUCT granted Source Power & Gas LLC a retail electric provider certificate. As previously reported by Matters (10/18), OTC Global Holdings LP is a manager of SPG Energy Group LLC, the parent of Source Power & Gas LLC. OTC Global Holdings owns various wholesale brokerages, and Choice Energy Services also has a common ownership affiliation with OTC Global Holdings.
