Trademark Merchant Energy Seeks Texas REP Certificate
Trademark Merchant Energy, LLC has re-applied for a Texas REP certificate. The company, when it was known as Kansas Energy, applied for a REP certificate last year but later withdrew the application. As previously reported, Trademark Merchant Energy is majority owned by Itochu Corp. Trademark Merchant Energy is a wholesale natural gas and power marketer and trader which is also a retail gas supplier in Ohio.
Topco Associates Receives New License
