Beneficial Power LLC Seeks Texas REP Certificate

Beneficial Power LLC has applied for a Texas REP certificate.
Specifically, Weir Investments Fund LLC d/b/a Apollo Power & Light LLC has applied to transfer its REP certificate to Beneficial Power LLC.
As previously reported, Apollo Power & Light sold its book to Acacia Energy earlier this year and is not currently serving customers.
According to a filing with the PUCT, Beneficial Power wishes to use the Apollo Power & Light LLC trade name as well.
John Spicer is listed as President of Beneficial Power LLC.
