Beneficial Power Receives Texas REP Certificate

The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted Beneficial Power LLC a retail electric provider certificate. Originally, Weir Investments Fund, LLC d/b/a Apollo Power & Light LLC had applied to transfer its REP certificate to Beneficial Power LLC, but that application was subsequently withdrawn, and the certificate application filed by Beneficial Power LLC (at least parts not filed confidentially) did not contain any trade names.
