Emblem Energy, LLC, a start-up retail energy supplier, applied for a Pennsylvania electric supplier license to serve all customer classes at PECO and PPL.

Emblem Energy, LLC is a Texas LLC whose sole member is Retailco, LLC.

Retailco, LLC is a Texas LLC whose CEO is W. Keith Maxwell III, according to Texas Secretary of State records. Maxwell, along with several other individuals, are members of Retailco, LLC.

Maxwell is also CEO and founder of Spark Energy

As only reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, Retailco, LLC also manages another new start-up retail supplier, Bargain Energy, LLC, which is also seeking a Pennsylvania electric supplier license

Mohsin Hassan serves as President & COO of Emblem Energy, LLC. Hassan was formerly Vice President of Operations at Tara Energy.

David Meckley serves as Executive Vice President of Emblem Energy, LLC. Meckley previously held a variety of roles at Tara Energy and Fulcrum Retail Holdings, including Manager of National Online and Affinity Sales.

Emblem Energy's website indicates that it will offer natural gas service as well.
