Updated: More Suppliers Due Refunds From PSC

The District of Columbia PSC has issued additional orders concerning refunds to retail suppliers of unspent assessment funds, this time related to 2013, 2014, and 2015

As previously reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, the PSC recently issued an order stating it would refund unspent assessment costs related to 2012 to retail suppliers and other regulated entities

The assessments on suppliers and various entities are used to fund the PSC and OPC. If the assessments exceed actual costs by more than 5%, unspent funds shall be refunded

In order to receive the refund due, each assessed company listed by the PSC orders shall file a copy of its W-9 within 20 days
