New York ESCO Receives Licenses In New State
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Kiwi Energy NY LLC electric and natural gas supplier licenses to serve residential and commercial customers (small commercial only for gas) in all service areas. Kiwi Energy is active in New York, but is affiliated with Spring Power and Gas which is active in New Jersey and Maryland. Another affiliate, Arrow Energy RRH, LLC, deemed eligible to do business in Ohio, but has not yet commenced business
