The Pennsylvania PUC sought public comment on a previously reported settlement between Great American Power, LLC and PUC's Bureau of Investigation and Enforcement (I&E) under which Great American Power, among other remedial actions, would pay $18,000.

The settlement results from I&E's review of Great American Power's marketing practices and 37 marketing-related complaints lodged by Pennsylvania consumers

The settlement had been first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, and specifics of the settlement can be found in our prior story (click here)

Great American Power issued the following statement:

"Great American Power continues to work with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission to complete this process, which started in 2012, and remains committed to a fair and transparent energy marketplace."
