The entity Power Synch, LLC was recently formed and has filed broker registrations in several Northeast states, as Axpo acquired American PowerNet Management, LP and APN Starfirst, LP, which had been founded by R. Scott Helm. Axpo has stated that, "Helm and his team [are] continuing to deliver services under Power Synch LLC."

Update On Red Sky Industries' Ohio Broker Application

The additional information confirms that Red Sky Industries is seeking to serve all customer classes in all service areas. As previously reported, Dylan Puckett serves as Owner and Managing Member of Red Sky Industries LLC. Red Sky Industries stated, "The applicant’s management has a technical background in infrastructure systems and regulatory environments, with experience supporting structured evaluation and compliance processes. This background supports the company’s ability to analyze utility billing data, assess contract alignment, and provide informed recommendations to customers."
