Your Energy Holdings, LLC, a retail supplier focused on serving residential customers, confirmed to EnergyChoiceMatters.com that it has decided to unwind its residential business.

Your Energy Holdings, LLC was a new business line launched by Noble Americas Gas & Power Corp. to serve the residential market in 2012. It currently serves about 9,000 residential customers in New York.

Noble Americas told Matters that it is unwinding the Your Energy Holdings residential business due to a change in strategy. Noble Americas has not determined what form the unwinding will take, and whether it will include the sale of the customer book.

The unwind of the residential-focused Your Energy Holdings, LLC will have no impact on Noble Americas Energy Solutions LLC, a distinct retail supply company which will continue to serve commercial, industrial, and other non-residential customers under its distinct licenses.
