Dozen More Texas REPs Request, Agree To Fund, Low-Income Customer Sync List

Several additional Texas retail electric providers filed with the Texas PUC formal requests for production and receipt of a list of their low-income electric customers for the state fiscal year beginning on September 1, 2017.
Each REP agreed to contribute funding for the list, under the parameters set forth in a PUC Staff memo
REPs newly requesting the lists were:
• XOOM Energy Texas, LLC
• Penstar Power, LLC
• V247 Power Corporation
• North American Power and Gas, LLC
• Pegasus Alliance Corporation d/b/a OnPAC Energy
• Our Energy LLC
• Frontier Utilities
• Value Based Brands, including trade names 4Change Energy and Express Energy
• LPT, LLC d/b/a LPT SP, LLC
• VEH LLC
• MP2 Energy, LLC
• NEC Co-op Energy
Additionally, several REPs which had previously requested the list have clarified that they are also requesting the list for additional brands or trade names. Such requests were filed by:
• Hello Energy (d/b/a for Champion Energy)
• Tara Energy for its d/b/a Smart Prepaid Electric
