Additional Texas REPs Request Low-Income Customer Sync List

Several additional Texas retail electric providers filed with the Texas PUC formal requests for production and receipt of a list of their low-income electric customers for the state fiscal year beginning on September 1, 2017.

Each REP agreed to contribute funding for the list, under the parameters set forth in a PUC Staff memo

Verde Energy USA Texas, LLC submitted a request, dated August 8, 2017, for the list

Spark Energy, LLC also previously submitted on July 31, 2017 a request for the list, with the request only recently added to the central records for Project 47261.

AP Gas Electric (TX) LLC also previously submitted on July 31, 2017 a request for the list, with the request only recently added to the central records for Project 47261.
